Reconstruction of the Municipal Office and the Cultural House Lipnik, district Prievidza

The period of accomplishing: 04/2010 - 06/2010

Construction work and deliveries to the building consist of insulation cladding, including external wall finishes, ceiling and roof insulation of the building, replacement of all windows and entry doors, fire protection that is deviding the building into fire zones and static stability of the reconstruction, strengthening the existing ceiling structure below the stage.
Earth-works were done (excavation trenches for external stairways strip foundations and foot excavation for brace poles), demolition (holes for escape doors, removing the existing ceiling above the stage), installation of new plasterboard ceilings, interior and exterior plastering, new ceramic floor tiles installation and wall and ceiling decoration.

Headquarters´ reconstruction UNIPRASTAV, Ltd., Cerenany

The period of accomplishing: 2008 - 2010

Our company decided to improve the access to our customers and reconstructed our own headquarters in Prievidzská Street, Cerenany.
At the first stage the old rafters with roof covering were removed, the peripheral supporting structures were lifted in order to widen the space for the first floor. New rafters with a new shape were built and the roof covering was mounted.
At the second stage our company proceeded to reduce the energy intensity of the building, thermal insulation of the building was realized, we exchanged the old, poor exterior panels for new openings. External rendering was laid. Finally, during this stage we started the reconstruction of the rooms on the first floor, doing this we created a new space for sanitary facilities, a kitchen and three bedrooms, one of which will serve as a meeting room or a boardrooom and two will be used as offices.
At the third phase we proceeded the reconstruction of the premises on the second floor where some space for new toilets , a kitchen and three bedrooms , which can be used as offices, has appeared. At this stage, new fencing will be accomplished, as well as the overall landscape around the company building will be arranged.

Reconstruction of the Kindergarten Premises in Limbova street, Trnava

Accomplishing period: 10/2008 - 06/2010
The reconstruction deals with insulation of external walls and roof decks, replacement of the hole filling in enclosure walls and of external terraces reconstruction. The connecting corridors on ground pavilions will be adapted, glazed brick walls will be replaced by brick walls with windows and the roof deck of connecting corridors will be replaced as well. The above works are also carried out at the same time with the reconstruction of Mom Club interior, which is operated by Kalokagatia Leisure Centre in Trnava.

Base Station of a Rublic Telecommunications Network, Telefonica O2 Slovakia, Svinná

Accomplished: 11/2009

Antenna system will be located at the newly built quadrilateral latticed steel towers up to 50 m. The pole anchoring into the single footing is designed from steel seamle pipes with diameter of 159 mm, with anchoring flange DN290 mm for anchoring the towers. These anchor tubes are built into the base structure simultaneously together with reinforces and will be laid in concrete simultaneously with concreting foot blocks.
According to a geological survey and statical analysis the ground plan dimension of single footing was proposed as follows:7.2 x 7.2 x 1.0 meters, the height of the entire segment is 1650 mm (including circular pillars). The design of single footing is proposed in the concept of so-called "inverted" table ". This means that the concrete block of the single footing is placed under the terrain, only circular pillars are above the ground, into which the supporting foot poles are anchored.
Base structures will be made together with the base for the tower and for a container with technology and fencing, the fencing itself, and connections NN (excavations, cables ...) with a total length of 1,300 m.

The construction of a fence to a family house, Suchá nad Parnou

The construction of the base structure was accomplished lying plain concrete under the fence of ornamental concrete blocks, reinforced with steel bars and filled with concrete. Ornamental forged steel fillers were implemented into the concrete structure as well as a sliding entrance gate for pedestrians and a sliding steel gate for driving in.

Reconstruction of the attic in Klemensova Street 1 - Peasant House, Bratislava – Old Town

The reconstruction of the attic in the apartment house will be held in two stages. At the first stage the existing roof structure will be removed, the floor structure and the existing ceiling plus the demolition. At the second phase new constructions will be completed.

Reconstruction of a family house, Devin
Investor: private person
Implementation period: 05/2009 - 07/2009

After the reconstruction of the old one-floor house and its attic, a livable space will be created on the 1st and 2nd floors. Magnificent views of the ruins of Devin Castle will be admired from the attic.
Work consists of implementing internal rendering, concrete floors, installation of roof windows, thermal insulation of the building along with external renderings. After the gross construction ceramic tiles will be implemented and the walls will be decorated. Finally the electrical equipment, sanitary and central heating will be embedded.

Reconstruction and extension of dwelling houses, paved areas and car parks, Trencin
Implementation period: 10/2008 - 04/2009
The project dealt with housing access for walking and individual passenger traffic as well as static traffic for residents and visitors of built estates. Solved hard surfaces consisted of excavation and embankment work, wold surfacing with compaction and grass and laying cobblestone pavements.

Shopping Centre, Partizanske
Period of execution: 1 / 2008 - 07/2008
Excavation consisted of trenching under the proposed base bead and strip the proposed extension. Excavation work was carried out using machinery, necessary trimming and chink filling was accomplished by hand. Basisses consist of monolithic reinforced concrete bases and monolithic concrete and reinforced concrete strip foundations.
Masonry extension is a monolithic 300 mm thick reinforced concrete wall. Rockwool insulation is gripped on its outer side. Joist of the annex building is carried by 400 mm thick monolithic reinforced concrete columns. The interior lift load-bearing structure is designed of rolled steel profiles. The boiler-house lookum was accomplished and the lift shaft was renovated as well. The annex building ceilings are made of monolithic non girder 200 mms thick reinforced concrete trenchers. Connecting bridges to lift and internal staircase is made of jackel steel sections

Family house, Brodzany
Implementation period: 06/2007 - 06/2008

It is a detached family house. This family house is designed as a two-storey building without a basement under it. The entrance leads through the corridor with to the toilet. The house is divided into daytime and night-time parts. The daily section includes a kitchen with a pantry and a living room with the entrance to the terrace. There are 2 bedrooms located in the so-called night part of the house. A spiral staircase leads to the workroom in the attic. There is a garade nex to the house. The sliding roof and some windows in the gable roof bring the light inside. The building is without basemets imbedded on the base strip. Load bearing masonry is made of Ytong, the ceiling is a prefabricated structure. The building has wooden rafters and a gable roof. The family house is designed as a two-storey building without basements.

Social operating inbuilt hall at Fagor Ederlan Slovakia, Ziar nad Hronom
Execution time: 12/2007 - 3 / 2008
The purpose of the project was to inbuilt a room in the hall SO 512, for locating large offices with accessory equipment. Concrete B 15 base feet will be laid and belts under the load-bearing walls and steel columns. Rolled sections were implemented into the steel ciling constructions and supporting structures. Plasterboard walls, that separate the individual offices and social facilities, were subsequently fitted into these structures. The building was transfered as so called turn – key object, including electricity and sanitary facilities, air conditioning and central heating. A roof structure was constructed above the entrance, formed by tin plate upper layer. The external rendering was renewed too.

Production hall Kck - Cyklosport, Oslany
Implementation period: 11/2007 - 1 / 2008
The area for construction was levelled to the proposed level of excavation - stripping soil of approximately 2350 m2. From this level of the terrain the proposed excaxation of trenches and base excavations were digged. Excavation work was carried out using machinery, necessary trimming and chink filling was accomplished. The proposed facility is based on concrete tracks (under skirting perimeter masonry) and the concrete bases (under the columns of the frames). The width of the foundation strip is 400 mm. Bead size is 1450x1450 mm, 1200x1200mm. Subconcrete B20 bellow the hall floor is 100 mm thick, reinforced by mesh, laid on compacted gravel beds.

The motorless Machinery Warehouse, Oslany
Accomplishing period: 10/2007 - 11/2007
The motorless Machinery Warehouse is designed as a detached facility located in the real easter register territory of Oslany. Concrete cinqs made of B 15 plain concrete sized 1000x600x1000mm are designed under the steel-concrete columns. 100 mms thick gravel sand bed was created bellow the single-foooting.
Subconcrete base is made of B 15, 150 mm thick plain concrete lied on 300 mm thick gravel bed. KARI steel fabric sized 6/150x6/150mm with 450 mm overlap is the part of the underbase.
The construction frame of the warehouse is designed from transverse steel beams with steel tie-beams with size range of 12m.
The load-bearing structure is welded from steel columns, which consists of two 160x55x4mm U-shape sections and 6 mm thick metal plates with 4500 mm module bearing steel welded tie-beams anchored to the base feet. Steel foot plates with four holes for anchor bolts are welded to the steel columns. Wind bracing is designed at the first and last bays - horizontal steel tubes with the diameter of 54x3 mm and diagonal steel tubes with the diameter of 70x3 mm.
The warehouse roof is made of welded steel tie-beams consisted of three 160x55x4mm U-shape sections lying on steel columns. Steel 160x55x4mm U-shape tie-beams are there, on which the cladding is placed. Trapezial galvanized cornice with a wave height of 40 mm is used for roofing. Wind bracing ot the roof structure is designed at the first and last bays using steel tubes 40x3mm in diameter. Metal elements of the warehouse contain protective anticorrosive coating strengthened in the mooring poles and containing of 1 first coat and 2 top coats.

Family house on a cruise Square, Trnava
Implementation period: 10/2006 - 12/2006
The project comprised of building a new house. It began removing the current construction of the building, which did not apply to building or operational specifications. The building comprises of one cellarless housing unit plus a basement. There is a laundry in the basement and a central heating boiler, s room 003 - fitness center where a shower can be built. A short-term parking space for the house residents was created . External hard surface is made of concrete paving.

Department Store Otex Reconstruction, Topolcany
Implementation period: 07/2006 - 10/2006
The department store Otex is located in the center of Topolcany. The reconstruction comprised of the following: A new passenger lift was fitted at the original loading platform. The lift is comfortable for vertical transport of customers between the floors. The original three-piece internal staircase was demolished and replaced by a new convenient two-piece staircase. The existing glazed steel walls of the drugstore on the first floor were demolished and replaced by new aluminum and glass-covered walls. Each room serving as a selling place inside the building was reconstructed.

Car Service Behynce
Period of reconstruction: 08/2006 - 09/2006
It is a steel structure anchored to concrete bases - Car Behynce. The design consists of rolled sections sheathed by PUR panels. It is screwed with ground plan dimensions of 18x12m. the installation was made of aluminum scaffoldings.

Reconstruction of kindergarten premises to 8 +3 housing units, Pezinok
Accomplishing period: 10/2005 - 06/2006
The former kindergarten building was renovated and changed into residential units. A complex renovation of electricity, heating, sewer system and distribution of drinking water was accomplished. The walls were broken down and the floors were changed, new layout of the premises was built so that they can create new spaces for living. The old fillings of external openings were changed into new plastic ones, thermal insulation of the building was implemented and a new external rendering of external walls was accomplished. These modifications created 11 apartments composed of:
*Two one-room flats
*Six two-room flats
*Three three-room flats

Pharmacy Pharmako, Novaky
Accomplishing period: 09/2005 - 03/2006
It is a one floor cellarless rectangular building with a flat roof. It ia a detached building that serves as a pharmacy. Next door on the south it adjoints a health care. The reconstruction comprised of demolition, excavation, basises, vertical structures, horizontal structures, flooring, insulation, surface treatment, plumbing, decorations and coatings.

Attic Dwelling Units, Trnava
Accomplishing period: 08/2005 - 01/2006
We won the public tender announced by the Management of Urban Property in Trnava. On 15th August 2005, the building of apartments in Coburgova street started. The investor´s intention was to change the land used for building 18 new, quiet residential attic units. Homes were created reconstructing the unused existing loft, it was insulated and lightened using dormer-windows. The apartments consist of a kitchen and a bedroom. WC is situated in the corridor outside the apartment, one for each individual apartment. Unnecessary crossrails and door casings were demolitioned, new roof structure openings for the proposed chimney units, dormers and roof cutouts were created. New 200, 150 and 100 mm thick cement brick masonry bulkheads were accomplished. Chimney brick elements were made of firebricks lied on cement mortar. Wood ceilings were reinforced by 60mm thick, monolithic concrrete diaphragm beems. Wooden rafters were reinforced by steel girders. The existing roof structure is a wooden tie –beam construction shored up by centre roof braces. Centre tie-beams were reinforced by steel sections and eaves plates were anchored to the joist by steel tendon before concreting ceiling diaphragm beams. New pairs of dormers were installed into proposed roof spars. The dormers are wooden. The bottom of roof cladding is insulated by thermal rockwool. New internal renderings of walls and beams are calcareous with upper limy coating. Bevelled walls in the attic are garnished with plasterboard.

The Public Toilets - Sládkovičova Street, Trencin
Our staff encountered an ancient quanat, part of which comes back to the 16th century and used to belong to the fortification portal. Preservation Istitution of Trencin stopped the work immediately.
The contract was avoided upon mutual agreement.

Primary School Hodžova, Trencin-sport and recreation centre
Accomplishing period: 03/2005 - 09/2005
The premises reconstructed is the part of the largest primary school in Trencin. The aim of the reconstruction is to extend the area and to use it as often as possible. Green spaces will be revitalized as well as benches for seating, litter bins and bicycle stands will be installed. Ground-works consist of excavations for steel supporting base structures for fencing, safety nets, sports equipment and playground elements. Athletic sports tracks and playgrounds inside the area will be accomplished inside the area, fake turf football pitch covered in talcum powder made of silica sand and artificial granulate. Tracks and run-tracks for long jump will be formed by spraying polyurethane surface. The electricity will be connected to a public network, the project deals with external lighting of the school area sportsgrounds as well as re-laying hydronic central heating and hot water distribution.

National Institute of Rheumatic Diseases in Piestany - Reconstruction of the first floor into X-ray Department
Accomplishing period: 01/2005 - 03/2005
The modification comprised of the reconstruction of two sections:1st floor of NURCH Piestany into X-ray department and the professional workplace surgeries. The reconstruction required necessary layout adjustments – clearage of existing walls and building new walls (made of full bricks 150mm thick, or made of light plasterboard 125mm thick between the surgeries), clearage of holes in existing openings for new doors installation and implementation of new SW distribution in the reconstructed places. The walls in the X-ray surgery are plastered using 5-10mm thick barytic coating. Ceramic tiles were laid behind the washbasins where required. Full-area plasterboard floors have been implemented in three layers consisting of antistatic flooring, ceramic tiles and PVC (polyvinyl chloride).
