This allows the investor to assume an exact price from the very beginning of the action.

Our care starts at the beginning of the project but does not end with delivery. After the handover of the project, equipment, building permition and subsequent handover of the site the day "D" occures. UNIPRASTAV, L.t.d. starts to execute the construction. Our aim is to proceed high quality buildings. The customer has the option of attending meetings with responsible representatives of the construction company constantly during the construction – according to pre-agreed contract terms the views on the realized construction are discussed, as well as objections from the implementing body and opinions are negotiated.
